1930 Gibson TB-3 Raised Head Conversion

FON 235-9.

All original one piece flange, 40 hole raised head. This old boy was well played. No re-finishing or re-plating.  All original nickel plated hardware. Flange is nice and flat.  Factory order number penciled in resonator where the paint number used to be.  I’m sure this was done at the factory as I have seen many like it.

The 5-string neck is pretty cool. It’s an original RB-100 neck with a new Huber finger board and a  grafted prewar TB Bella Voce peg-head.  Neck customization by David Foster. The neck has an oil finish and plays well.  New black hardshell case included.  $9,500.
