Binding & Resonator Ring

Huber Banjos are bound along the edges of the neck, and the top and bottom of the resonator side walls. This binding is made of a synthetic celluloid white plastic. A Huber neck/resonator is either bound with a single strip of white, or a three ply strip with a white/black/white pattern. A custom Huber (or customized stock model) could use any of these types of binding, or might mix and match the styles as you may prefer. The following binding choices are available for the neck and resonator side walls: A number of Huber models also have strips of binding inlaid in the back of the resonator in twin concentric circles. These strips are either made up of white/black/white or one of two types of wood marquetry. The following binding choices are available for resonator back inlay:
