The cost of the Team Flathead CD ($15 US) includes shipping to US/Canadian addresses, but is based on delivery using the US Postal Service's First Class Mail. We can also ship by USPS Priority Mail if you prefer.

The cost is an additional $4 (US) and the total for the CD with Priority Mail delivery will be $19 (US). We ship from Hendersonville, TN and in most cases, First Class Mail delivery is just as quick as Priority - with the exception being US addresses on or near the west coast.
